We’ll review your vendor contracts, create a comprehensive wedding day timeline, and coordinate directly with your suppliers. You’ll will have unlimited email support leading up to the big day.

Day-of Coordination
For couples who have completed their own planning, our Day-of Coordination service ensures that your carefully made plans are executed seamlessly. Simply hand off your schedule and vendor details — our lead coordinator and professional assistant will take over and manage every aspect of the day, from setup to tear down, for up to 12 hours on-site.

  • Comprehensive Coordination: Enjoy up to 10 hours of dedicated coordination with one lead coordinator and one professional assistant. (Additional assistants can be arranged if needed for larger weddings at an extra charge.)
  • Emergency Kit: We come prepared with a wedding day emergency kit for any unforeseen situations.
  • Personal Touches: We’ll set up all personal items, including favours, programs, signage, and place cards.
