  • Distributing itinerary to all vendors
  • Vendor confirmation and timeline review

Day Of Wedding / Event
  • Up to 10 hours Day-Of Coordination on event day (additional hours can be added at $50/hour)
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Putting out any personal items including favors, programs, signage, and place cards
  • Coordinating bridal party procession and cuing the DJ / musicians
  • Directing wedding party and guests during the ceremony and reception
  • Ensure all decor aspects are set up accordingly
  • On-site supervision of all vendors during the ceremony and reception to ensure they are following the timeline
  • Review the timeline with the DJ or Master of Ceremonies to ensure reception runs smoothly
  • Greet any last minute guests and ensure they find their seat
  • Supervision and management of gifts and transportation to a safe location during the ceremony
