Pre-Planning
  • Initial meeting to go over details and expectations

  • Creating your day of itinerary and finalizing all logistics for the day of
  • Management and coordination of all vendors, bridal party, guests and any last minute changes
  • Vendor contract review and confirmation 4-6 weeks prior to your event

Day Of Wedding / Event
  • Up to 10 hours of coordination with 1 lead coordinator + 1 professional assistant
    (additional assistant(s) may be required due to scale of wedding and will be charged extra)
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Putting out any personal items including favors, programs, signage, and place cards
  • Ensure all decor aspects are set up accordingly
  • Supervision of all vendors throughout the event
  • Final payment and gratuity distribution (if required)
